Doesn't sound stupid at all. I feel this way. Have lost tons of weight and now am at a dangerously low level. But it's difficult to force yourself to eat when the food treats you like poison.

I don't understand why doctors cannot do more or have more knowledge on how to help alleviate our symptoms. All I get is "there is nothing else I can do...eat what doesn't hurt, don't eat what does.
