Digestive enzymes are not the same as SF. In fact some digestive enzymes are made from ground up plant material that is high in IF.

Benefiber made with hydrolysed guar gum is available in Australia. Check with your chemist or local health food store. However, be careful to stay away from the SFS that contain psyllium and inulin. See Heather's page on SFS for more information.

By the way, I don't take any SFS. I get all of my SF from my diet.
