Because I don't seem to have any safe foods. Because the acacia helps w/my C, but I still have terrible cramping and gas. Who wants to eat when you feel like that? So I wait for it to pass, and then I'm just too scared to eat. I suppose that sounds stupid.
I woke up early this morning, after only three hours of sleep, with all that awful gas and roiling around which went on for hours. I could tell I was hungry, but I had no appetite... I can't eat when my gut is in active rebellion. I've lost a ton of weight... there are many days when I go without food, entirely, and those are my only days free of the rumble and gas. Food is my enemy... it causes me pain after I eat it, and it gives me pain when it needs to leave. I feel like I will die of certain starvation and malnutrition.
It's after two pm, here, and I still haven't eaten. Why bother?
