Our Benefibre used to be made with guar gum - that's what I was taking before trying Heather's acacia (then I figured out that the Acacia is far more cost effective because Benefibre is not cheap!) Now it is made with inulin. I've been seeing ads on the TV for this new Catelli "Smart" pasta that is made with extra soluble fibre. I checked it out at the grocery store last weekend and it, too, has inulin. I don't know why that crap is suddenly so popular.

--------------------
IBS-A since age 12, and fructose sensitive; with the exception of my pregnancy, have been following Heather's diet since Nov. 19, 2007.
Taking 12g of Acacia per day. Relatively stable since March 2008!
