Hi Wendy. Congrats on your wedding! I actually did lose the weight simply by following Heather's diet. I don't really cheat at all. Since November I have not had one "forbidden" meal. Over Christmas I had a couple of glasses of alcohol and a few "bad" cookies, but that's pretty much it. I really don't cheat � and I think that's why the weight has just fallen off. I think constantly about what I'm putting in my mouth and I never had that kind of diligence with a weight-loss diet before. In the past, cheating just meant I would set back my weight loss. NOW, cheating means I could make myself sick, so it's just not worth it anymore.

I work a desk job and lead a very sedentary life. I am a bonafide couch potato. During evenings and weekends I am either watching TV, doing cross-stitch, or playing a video game � activities that all involve a lot of sitting! However, every day after dinner, I use my stationary exercise bike for about 10 minutes. Just 10 minutes a day, that's it. I doubt very much that it has helped with any weight loss, I just do it to help my digestion.
