I was very strict, including eating small portions (overeating even safe foods can mess with me). I went from a size 16+ to a size 8 (sometimes 6). I've been this size for a little over a year now. Had to buy an entirely new wardrobe, regular clothes, undies, bras, PJs.... EVERYTHING! I'm 5'7", and I weigh approx 130 pounds. Gotta love it... I weigh less now than I did in high school!
