So I used to have trouble with Stonyfield Soy yogurt because of inulin. However, they have removed it form their products. However it says that their live active cultures are milk based. Would this only add trace amounts of dairy or should I avoid it. I am pretty much stable but still like to avoid dairy. BTW Stonyfield is definitely the best tasting soy yogurt. I usually eat Whole Soy's Soy Yogurt but Stonyfields is soooooooo much creamier!
