lecithin,maize bran,oat bran,apple fibre,pea,citrus fibre,soya bran,xanthan gum,acacia,oligofructose,citric acid,anhydrous,soy protein,starch-soluble potato,maltodextrin,ascorbic acid, tocopheryls concentrate,
mixed(high alpha type),silicon dioxide, pineapple flavour.
Contains gluten.


Apparently you only take a little first and work up to one scoop.
