Hey, yeah that sounds like a good idea. I've seen some improvement in the last few days. I haven't been as constipated even though i've been eating dairy (i just can't resist chocolate!!!). The only thing that has changed with my diet is that i've cut out gluten completely- not even eating oats. We'll see if this continues...! I haven't been focussing on the SF/IF balance either. I've just been trying to eat more fruit and veg and zero gluten.
I'm rubbish at keeping a diary- it'd make me stress too and become even more concerned about food!
