Heather, you know how ive been saying I've had tremendous bloating for months now and I've tried everything...soluble fibre, fennel tea, peppemrint caps, hot pad etc and nothing seemed to work. Well anyways since I have eliminated wheat (after finding out Im wheat intolerant) I have noticed that the bloating has gone down, last week my stomach even looked almost recognisable as it used to! As I'm writing this, my stomach has actually gone really bloated again, but that is my own fault as I haven't been very strict with my diet over the last few days. However, I now know exactly what causes the bloating...basically anything wheat or dairy based and so I'm no longer as downhearted when my stomach swells up. Ok im rambling, but I just wanted to say thanx for all your advice...all your products have been wonderful and I just wish that you would either set up a company in england....or move here!
