I find this pretty amazing since the lowest I have ever weighed (as an adult of course) is 132 lbs - and that was 8 years ago while I was strictly dieting, working out at the gym 3-4 times a week, and NOT working at a desk job (I was doing retail and on my feet constantly). The only thing I have going for me this time is that I'm "dieting". I've found that I'm down about one and a half sizes, depending on the clothing brand. I say one and a half because I seem to be "between" sizes for most brands now! The one downside to all this weight loss of course is that I have to spend money to replace so much of my wardrobe. I've gotten to the point where I HAVE to now – last week I showed my husband how I could pull down my favourite pair of jeans without even unbuttoning or unzipping them! -------------------- IBS-A since age 12, and fructose sensitive; with the exception of my pregnancy, have been following Heather's diet since Nov. 19, 2007.
