Riceworks Wholegrain Brown Rice Chips       02/10/08 07:53 PM Edit Reply Quote grand sirenis Reged: 03/13/07 Posts: 50 I found these at my grocery store the other day, and they seemed to be low in fat and have no immediate triggers...they said they were whole grain..but b/c of the rice so I came back here and did a search and it some posters said brown rice was ok so I decided to try them...i tried to flavors..the sea salt and the sweet chili...i didn't get D, for a whole week after eating the 1 bag over the course of a week...so they seem relatively safe to me..but I never know until i eat too many (relative to IBS..before IBS i would've finished the bad in less than an hour).
