I have taken Endep for a while for CFS and IBS type symptoms and I put on HEAPS of weight! I also take the pill because I get cysts on the ovaries. Also, I take Gastro stop(Immodium) whenever I go out just "in case" but sometimes it bungs you up but other times it doesn't. It's weird. Did anyone else put on weight when you were on Endep? I am gradually decreasing the dose and coming off them now(with my Dr's permission of course) and I can't say they helped a lot with the whole IBS thing. I think the best thing is to steer clear of crap and if I am extra sensitive to take the immodium. Also, do you get bleeding when you strain if the Immodium backs you up along with mucous?
