Reliv is a company that has powdered supplements that are meant to help everything.

The Reliv NOW or Classic is the one that is meant to be the standard one and good for everything.

As far as I am aware it IS IBS friendly, and is soy based but it is rather expensive.
It is frustrating, as most people swear it DOES work...but you need to take it every day and it might take a year or so to notice a real change, whereas others notice a change within months/weeks.

My issue with it is the cost...:( That's why I was hoping someone might be able to say "Yeah it's great!" etc...

I will continue to take it but if within a full year of taking it I am no better I will stop taking it.

It is a good multi vitamin supplement for your overall health aswell. I personally think controlling IBS through diet is the only way to ensure your bowel doesn't react because even if you take the best IBS medicine in the world, if you still go gorge on chocolate and coffee, you're gonna get sick.
