I agree that the third one is probably not safe, because of the coffee, but you may find you may be able to tolerate a small amount (IF you only eat one at a time of course!). Heather says in her book that small amounts of coffee used in baking is probably okay for most of us.
Other than that, the only thing I'd be concerned about (for all three products) is the fat content. The ingredients list some pretty high-fat items: cocoa butter, coconut and coconut oils, vegetable oils, etc.
Let us know if you decide to try them though!
