I started it the same day I started the acacia fiber though so I am not sure which helped. But I took it for a couple of months and it helped. But i felt that it tended to wane off at the end. It wasn't helping as much as it had been originally. I finally stopped it after taking it for 2 months. I haven't really noticed life without it so I am assuming it must not have been all that great for me. -------------------- Melinda IBS-A but leans toward C mostly Print     Remind Me     Notify Moderator
