I have been on Heather's diet for over a year now and have many, many days without pain now, but I was in major pain for years before I found this website. I still have gas, bloating and distention regularly, however. I feel soooo much better now than I did a year ago so I stick to the diet, exercise and take things one day at a time. See a dcctor.
