People I work with recommend putting vicks vaporub on your feet and covering with socks and sleeping like that. I was told this morning it would make me better. It sounds ridiculous. BUT it is safe for IBS.

IBS-A for 20 years with terrible bloating and gas. On the diet since April 2004. Remember this from Heather's information pages:
