Working 9-5 definitely hasn't made my IBS any better. In fact, it's definitely worse than when i was doing shift work. Can't seem to get it under control. It's probably worse because i'm not happy in my new job and am finding it very difficult to stick to the EFI diet and my wheat/gluten free one. Depressing.
