Irritable Bowel Syndrome Message Boards

I really think that it tastes like coffee and I am a pretty tough critic. I really dislike tea and when I tried some of the other coffee replacements, they still reminded me of tea. I order the french vanilla version of the soyfee and I put low fat coffeemate creamer in it. I never was one to use sugar. You have to adjust the strength of how you like it...I tend to like my coffee strong but you can make the soyfee weaker if you'd like. I really think it's worth a try. I SWEAR..I am soooo with all of you on your dreams of coffee. How did I give it up? I was desperate I guess b/c of the d and the anxiety that went with it. I do cheat with other things here and there but this is one that I NEVER do. I am astonished myself b/c I don't have very good willpower. If it weren't for the soyfee, I know I would cheat with coffee sometimes. The caffeine withdrawal is tough for about a week or so and every so often I really miss it (for tiredness or a headache or for getting my two kids out the door too!), but I suppose our bodies are better overall without the caffeine anyway.
