Generally sorbet is just sugar, fruit and water. But anything you do when you have a cold (I have a humdinger right now!!!) makes you sick. I always get D from a cold. I have tried avoiding orange juice and not taking meds and all sorts of things but it is the being sick itself that gives you D. We discussed it before here and that was the general concensus.
