Re: a cold - a few drops of oil of oregano in water or juice really kills germs. Echinacea. Hot water with honey, lemon and ginger for the throat. Also gargling with warm water and salt for the throat. Actifed to dry me up. Hope you feel better

Re: sorbet - really depends on the ingredients. Fat-free stuff might have some crazy additives in it. What brand was it?
