I have a cold...Is there anything I can take that wont bother my IBS? I'm sneezing, coughing, my throat hurts and I have a headache. Plus I am having a superbowl party tommorow and need to be well enough to entertain! I have one more question... do any of you eat sorbet? I read that it was ok. So I bought a pint of fat free raspberry sorbet. Well I ate some last night and around 3:30 am I woke up with bad cramps. I went to the bathroom and had "D". I wondered if it was the sorbet or what? I did eat like half the pint! Argh, I have such a sweet tooth, so I was hoping that sorbet would have been a good alternative. Thanks for your help!
