While I didn't lose weight specifically because of the diet, I am keeping off the lbs with it. In high school I weighed in around 120lbs. In university I was a moose - 182lbs on a 5'1" body. I lost 20-25 lbs of that 6-7 years ago. In 2006 I had a really bad flare and my ibs was out of control again. I dropped to 118 lbs in 3-4 months. Then, after my wedding June 06 I just floated for a while trying to get stable again. I'm now 109 lbs. Watching my fat intake and destressing have been my biggest keys to stability again. I'm feeling really good now despite being 16lbs underweight according to my GI. I do have trouble buying clothes though - in a small city there's not a lot of variety and not a lot of small sizing.
