Hummus has been fine for me. I was concerned too but it seems to be fine. I am big fan of this new brand of tomatoes Muir organics, Usually I would saty far away because of the heartburn. But since this brand is all natural it seems to be fine. Of course I dont eat half the bowl of salsa either ..LOL mix some canned salmon with fat free mayo, tri color pasta, shredded carrots or whatever veggies you like. serve with french bread slices. mix steamed spinach with tofutti cream cheese for a hot dip with baked ruffles chips. try not to stress about it..just think outside the box.. you can mix any dip with tofutti sourcream or cream cheese to make it yummy. let me know what your brainstorm is..??LOL -------------------- IBS-C gas, bloating and acid reflux Babies is the plan for 2008!!Hope this IBS cooperates.
