The pressure, pain and discomfort of gas trapped behind colon contractions either prevents me from going to sleep, or I wake up in the night and can't get back to sleep because of of it. This was my very first IBS symptom and after 10 years it's still the one that troubles me the most. -------------------- IBS-C, lots of spasm and trapped gas.
