This is the one thing that I just can't quit. And, sometimes I feel like a loser not being able to kick the coffee thing, but I've grown used to that one cup in the morning for the past 20 years. How do you just quit? My body wants it and I'm a @#$@ without it in the morning trying to get 3 kids off to school and go to work. I have to say, I really love Folgers Sensibly Smooth , easy on your stomach. I don't have much trouble with one cup of it in the morning. I cannot drink any other brand, though. Starbucks and Dunkin donuts coffee both made me cramped up and miserable with D! I have acid reflux too and this brand doesn't seem to make that any worse. The way I figure it is if I wake up and my lousy plain oatmeal is giving me heartburn, then, to heck with it, i'm having a cup of coffee!!!!!!!!!!!!! frustrated katharine -------------------- IBS/GERD/Lactose Intolerant Print     Remind Me     Notify Moderator
