About a year ago I could eat soy either but all of a sudden I can now. It's strange. I know I had the hardest time finding dairy free foods because lots of dairy free foods are being substituted by soy. Try trader joes. You can find cookies (ginger snaps, lady fingers) that are dairy/soy free and other products. They sell almond and rice products. I drank goat milk as a child and hated it, so I never tried it after getting IBS. But just so you know that goat milk is still dairy so it has lactose in it.

IBS-C since 2006. No signs of IBS now, it's been 4 yrs. Only dairy allergy now.
