Should the Tummy tamers be hard or soft?       01/25/08 03:39 AM Edit Reply Quote Ulrika Reged: 08/20/06 Posts: 581 Loc: Uppsala, Sweden It says on the bottle of the Tummy tamers that they are "softgels". And usually capsules of this type are pretty soft. But mine are really hard. I have found that this has caused problems sometimes when I have swallowed them as they have got stuck a bit back in the mouth and I think they have actually broken in two pieces, since I got a pretty immediate heartburn afterwards. I also noticed that one capsule was broken in the bottle and the gelatin shell seemed pretty hard and dry. I ordered my Tummy tamers some time during the fall and they have expiration date August -08. /Ulrika Print     Remind Me     Notify Moderator
