It is possible that you could just have a stomach flu - I know we like to blame IBS whenver we have tummy torubles, but people DO get stomach flus. I remember maybe twice in my life getting up in the middle of the night with D, and I'm 99% sure that both times were flus because I felt icky for a couple of days before and after.
