I simply cannot eat raw vegetables except for an occasional carrot stick. Other raw vegetables give me D no matter how much soluble fiber I eat. As for bread--the only bread I can eat is french or sourdough from a bakery unless I make it and know what is in it. I don't do well with whole grains. This is just my experience.
