My doctor gave me some samples back around the March timeframe and I've been taking it ever since. I really started to improve after that, but I also started taking Trazodone for anxiety about the same time, so I'm not sure which one is helping the most, or maybe it's the combination. I was IBS-D when I began taking it, but I rarely have D anymore. I recently posted a question asking if anyone had tried Flora Q 2, which I think just came out.
