It is made by Ross Products division of Abbott Laboratories - you could probably go to their website and check out the ingredients. I'm not sure about Resource. I have used Ensure in the past when I was at my worst and never had a problem with it. At least I felt I was getting some nutrition when using it. Good luck - hope this helps.
