However, if you are certain that can eat applesauce and syrup with HFCS in it with no problems then you are not likely very sensitive to fructose. If this is the case then niether the bagels and certainly not the strawberries will should have any effect on your IBS. There is no HFCS in the strawberries. They may have a little bit of excess fructose but they definitely don't contain high fructose corn syrup.
