Nausea associated with IBS?       12/26/07 10:08 AM Edit Reply Quote SheriF Reged: 12/26/07 Posts: 1 Your website was referred to me and it has been very informative. I believe my mother has IBS but also depression, anxiety and fibromyalgia. The psychiatrist keeps changing her psych. meds because she complains of nausea. I am thinking this is more IBS related. I can't seem to get her to eat the IBS diet but am going to insist. The psychiatrist wants to hospitalize her because none of the meds seem to be working. They have cut back on her anti-depressants and anti-anxiety drugs. Could she be going through withdrawal or do you think the IBS is the culprit? Is there a lot of nausea associated with IBS?
