I was so careful...

After 3 days of feeling fantastic following the eating plan of mainly SF foods, we had Chinese tonight. I was so careful. I started with plain white rice for a base of SF. Then I had a small amount of wonton soup with only one wonton. I even removed the pork from the wonton. Then I had one piece of chicken on a stick and a small amount of chicken with mushroom. A half hour later I was all cramped up. This was 5 hours ago and I still feel so yucky. My sides and back hurt and my reflux also acted up a little. Is Chinese food ever safe? Heather mentions enthic food in her book so I thought this was a good choice as I ate nothing fried?
