Who has tried tofu?       12/21/07 09:56 PM Edit Reply Quote Jenny B Reged: 03/27/07 Posts: 126 Loc: Montana I was just wondering if any of you out there have tried tofu. I see a lot of tofurkey products or boca burgers. Does anyone know if these are any good? I am not a huge meat person, but I really do need the protein and am missing having a "normal" dinner of some protein along with a potato, cooked veggies and maybe some fruit.
