Irritable Bowel Syndrome Message Boards | Would I feel better if I ate breakfast?

Alicia and everyone else who replied,

I am taking from my replys and a few questions, that maybe I should be eating something in the morning? I actually dont eat anything in the morning. I get to work around 7:30 am and I drink some water, thats it. Then I eat lunch at 11:00 am and that is almost always a can of chicken and rice soup or a plain turkey sandwich with some pretzels. For dinner its almost always plain (sometimes with teriyaki sauce) chicken and white rice. I'm just so stuck right now because I might have celiac and ibs. I know I have ibs but I might have both and unfortunetly I wont know till after the endoscopy. Also in the morning is almost always when I feel worse. It also seems like even when I dont eat I get D. My thinking was... I dont eat... why would I have D?! But it seems like when I dont eat I almost get it just as bad. Confusing. So should I eat in the morning? If so, what do I eat? It seems as though gluten bothers me, I'm lactose intolerant and have IBS. I didnt eat dinner last night because of my horrible morning. I just had a can of soup for lunch and thats all I had all day. But somehow still this morning I had D! Oh I give up.
