Hi Jordy, I'm just wheat intolerant rather than gluten but tend to find rye and barley a bit heavy on my system. Am only strict about wheat though. I found out by going to see an allergy specialist who put me on an elimination diet over a few months. My symptoms improved substantially by cutting out wheat but i still suffered from nausea and my BMs weren't great so my specialist told me to cut out dairy as well. Winning combo- avoiding wheat and dairy together worked a treat. Still had bad wind and bloating so additionally followed the EFI diet and low fructose. That's my winning combo- EFI, low fructose and giving up wheat
