Yay, maybe if we do end up being brave enough we can try it out together. I think you're right- we would need to eat dairy on a daily basis. I'm watching my sugar intake like you also and don't eat anywhere near as much fruit as used to either. I can honestly say that i'm feeling the best i have all year. Yet i have a glass of wine, a little bit of chocolate. However, it's only been this last week that i've been feeling so great and it's whilst i've been off work and haven't been stressed at all. When i'm at work i eat the same things but i must be stressed out as my IBS is definitely worse. Ah, so complicated. I'm starting a new job next week so we'll see how my IBS is then and how my body copes with the odd glass of wine and a few squares of milk chocolate! Why is IBS so complicated!
