Problem with peppermint caps?

Hi all,

So about 3 weeks ago I decided to try something new to tackle my gas and bloating. At that point, that was my main symptom, the D was mostly cleared up unless I cheated. Even though I have acid reflux, I decided to try the peppermint caps. Since starting them, my gas seems to have decreased. However, I have noticed that my BMs look less "normal" than they were before. Not to give TMI, but the color really seems off, a lighter color thatn what I would consider is normal. Also, they've been a bit more loose, which frustrates me since I am a D and anytime my BMs are the tiny bit loose I get worried and stressed. I don't want to give up on them, and they aren't negatively affecting my reflux, but I also would like to get back to the more normal that I was. Has anyone had any similar experience or has advice? BTW, I am currently taking 2 a day, I started with 1 for about a week and have increased it to two, one in the morning, and one in the evening. Thanks for any thoughts!
