You could see a rhuematologist who would do blood tests for lots more conditions like lupus, lime disease, etc. I saw one years ago (I think I was 28) when I was so tired and achey that I could barely get out of bed. Turned out that the joint pain was from Parvovirus otherwise known as Fifth's Disease. I am a teacher so I must have gotten it from one of the kids but I didn't get the rash. Do you feel any better when you power nap? I try to do that often if possible b/c mid-day I am usually exhausted and unmotivated, thinking that I have to make it through another 7 hours of kids, chores, etc..
