I am normally C but when I get my period I get D for a few days before and get awful gas during and after. Then for days after I am way too much C again. I took BC pills straight for a couple of months and that was fabulous....no periods! but then I had to go off of them for a different reason and now am back to the lovely periods again, I hate it! -------------------- Melinda IBS-A but leans toward C mostly Print     Remind Me     Notify Moderator
