Sort of like that pain on the side you get from jogging? It happens to me on my left side too and if it gets bad, I start to get pains like contractions where it feels like I'm about to deliver something (I've never given birth but I'm guessing that's what it feels like?). Then when I try to have a BM, I have to hold back to let the pain pass but it comes back when I try to have the BM. The next day I'm usually sore in the groin/lower tummy area.
