Obviously for someone with IBS it requires eating what you can handle (beans, gassy veggies can be difficult). But overall she has a good idea for what foods to eat. I wouldn't necessarily follow her diet plan (meal plans laid out by day) because I don't know if there's enough calories and nutrients as it seems to be a meal plan more focused on weight loss for the show. Some of the meals seem a little too basic for my liking. It's pretty easy to judge good food advice, so if you find the site helpful for new recipe ideas and new foods to try then it's a good resource.
