Egg Substitutions

Egg Substitutions: (substitutions equal one large egg)

-1 1/2 TBSP water, 1 1/2 tsp oil, 1 tsp baking powder; Mixed together.
* This is the one I always use. It can make things a little more oily though.

-1 TBSP water, 1 TBSP balsamic vinegar, 1 tsp baking powder; Mixed together.

-1 tsp yeast dissolved in 1/4 cup of warm water

-1 packet unflavored gelatin dissolved in 2 TBSP warm water
