They come prepacked or you can have the deli at whole foods slice the ones you like. This company is all natural more organic so so nitrates ect. Its always been okay for me even before following EFI. I like the roasted turkey and this other chicken breast flavor. A co worker said there turkey burgers are yummy so I cant wait to try them for dinner one night this week. -------------------- IBS-C gas, bloating and acid reflux Babies is the plan for 2008!!Hope this IBS cooperates.
