What sort of adaptations did you do to your diet? My main plan has always been a little SF, a little IF and a little fat everytime I eat. And 24 grams means 4T a day? is that right? So do you mean it is more important for you to take acacia but not worry about what fiber you eat? -------------------- IBS-A for 20 years with terrible bloating and gas. On the diet since April 2004. Remember this from Heather's information pages: "You absolutely must eat insoluble fiber foods, and as much as safely possible, but within the IBS dietary guidelines.
