Flipada or anyone else that has taken PPI during there pregnancy. I went this week to see my OBGYN and discussed conceiving in the new year and about taking Prilosec. She didnt seem to be a big fan and said she thought pepcid was better. Basically, she called it a class "b" unknown risks to the fetus. But now I am confused because the GI said it was okay. I am going back to see her this upcoming week for a follow up.I started 20mg of prilosec a 3 months ago and feel alot better with the GERD. If I could only get the IBS and gas under control that would be delightful

Anyways I was wondering if anyone has taken and PPI while preggo? I am a little concerned or should i say scared since I already have to take Zoloft since I had very bad reaction withdrawling. My docs thinks its really helps with the IBS since my GI got so much worse after being off of it.
