I often have problems with digesting green veggies too, and even some herbs. Like basil, for example. If I eat basil, for sure I will see it undigested in my BM the next day – and likely it will be soft and bordering on D. I'm okay with broccoli and cabbage for some reason, and SOMETIMES spinach and romaine lettuce, but not with most others.

Me too! Unfortuantly that's what happens to me as well with herbs, pesto and green veggies. When I go to the br after eating veggies its soft and bordering on D as well, but not quite d either. I was ok with spinach up until last night and romaine lettuce I'm good with as long as I don't eat too much of it. I like to mix it with Iceburg and that seems to work for me. I hope to be able to eat spinach again! I going to start puring the others that I can't eat, so I'll be able to eat them. I need my greens and I've been so bad about eatng them for this reason. So, I'll try the blender next.
